Authorized Dealer Agreement
This page is an outline of the HYZR USA authorized-dealer relationship. Final terms are issued per qualified vendor.
1. Authorization
Green Pro Golf Simulators, as the official US distributor of HYZR, grants qualified vendors a non-exclusive right to market, sell, and install HYZR products in the United States, subject to these terms.
2. Qualification
Authorization is granted at the sole discretion of Green Pro Golf Simulators based on the applicant's business type, experience, installation capability, financial standing, and brand alignment with HYZR.
3. Territory & exclusivity
Dealer rights are non-exclusive unless explicitly stated in the dealer's executed agreement. Territory expectations and lead-sharing terms are set per dealer.
4. Pricing & MSRP
Green Pro Golf Simulators publishes dealer pricing and MSRP guidelines. Authorized dealers agree to honor MSRP windows and not advertise below the published floor without written approval.
5. Warranty pass-through
Manufacturer warranty applies to every authorized US HYZR unit and is registered through Green Pro Golf Simulators. Dealers facilitate warranty claims on behalf of their customers.
6. Brand standards
HYZR® is a registered trademark of HYZR Oy. Dealers may use HYZR brand assets only as authorized and must not modify the logo or mis-represent affiliation with the manufacturer.
7. Term & termination
Dealer authorization runs annually with automatic renewal unless terminated. Either party may terminate for cause with written notice.
8. Confidentiality
Dealer pricing, roadmap previews, and any non-public materials shared by Green Pro Golf Simulators are confidential.
